How to add and hide widgets on blogger?

In blogger we will have to choose the third-party theme because the default theme is not much attractive. 

So, properly optimizing it is really a tough thing.

 

So, if you are also using a third-party theme of blogger and optimizing it then there you will find many different widgets given by third party theme.

Some of them are useful but some of them are useless. some of them will take our space and it can affect our site speed.

And in some places like head or in footer section you are interested in adding the widget, but you are not finding the add option. 

So, in this article in am going to teach you how to add or hide widgets on blogger.

To remove it simply go to layout in blogger dashboard.

And suppose if you want to remove the widget of "layout" as given in the picture below. 

Now what you have to do is you have to click there and at the right top corner you will see the on off slider just off it like this.

After turning off it will automatically remove from your webpage also.

Now the most important part.

How to add widget?

You can easily add third party widgets like adding rating widgets, adding subscription widgets, adding popup widgets, adding google maps widgets etc.

And these widgets you can add by installing the codes to your blogger site. 

Simply go to the site named eflsight. 

After that you choose what types of widgets you want to make,

Suppose I choose "18+ verification" widget, you can choose whatever you want.

And after that you need to click create which is at the top right corner.

and after that again you need to choose the layout of your widget.

and then finally you have created a widget and after that you need to click to the save button at the top right corner. After clicking save you need to sign up into Elf sight. 

And you it will send you email, and you need to verify it. and after that finally you can add it to your site. 

Now click on add to site button and add the given code to your site like this 

Then go to your blogger dashboard. Go to themes

After going to theme go to edit html:

After going to html then scroll down to button and paste that code before the closing body tag and click to save. and your widget is applied to your site.
